Syllabus

Giving God a steady compounding return on His
greatest investment of all time.
Syllabus designed by Dr. Dean Radtke, Ministry Institute founder with fifty
years of God orchestrated training as a United States Navy Commissioned Officer,
working directly with two multibillion dollar corporate CEO’s and directing a
mega ministry for a five- fold increase in six years.
With a mandate to reach as many pastors as rapidly as possible, the world
wide Ministry Institute trainings provide a unique and proven extremely
successful system of methods, processes and procedures. Providing maximum productivity,
acceleration, vision, freedom and enjoyment
to over 60,000 pastors and leaders tuition free in the last eight years; paid
for by previous attendees.
The goal is to provide pastors and ministry leaders the ‘how
to’ application system and techniques to add value to their
calling by becoming puissant: producing great effects: powerful, potent,
efficatious; having great authority: respect, mighty, influential; effective in
skill: able, efficient, strong.
-
Where the leader positions himself is critical in determining their
productivity, effectiveness and freedom in their calling. Whether the leader
will achieve high levels of acceleration, efficiency, torque and responsiveness
to God’s mandates or underachieve or even stagnate is dependent on their
positioning.
Positioning oneself as God’s leader requires the learning;
understanding, application and modeling of the skill sets and art forms required
in the CEO Job Description. The three point spiritual job description and
literal five point job description of what a leader does and does not do is a
learning requirement.
How the leader positions core competent leaders around him and maximizes
their contributions is a corresponding critical positioning component.
-
The Proverbs Process is the only way you can build a powerful ministry;
establish what you build so it can be continually built upon; and achieve the
pleasant and precious riches of a fruitful return on your time energy and
resources.
The Empowerment Process capitalizes on the establishment of teams which are
the foundational building unit or entity in any effective organization. Teams
divide the effort and multiply the effect. Teams are how the leader- not only
survives, but is free in his calling and flourishes.
The Total Involvement Process continually develops core competencies and
expanded capacity deep down into your ministry. With the leadership pipeline and
leadership engine we build as many leaders as we can, generalist leaders
developing future generations of leaders, leaving a lasting legacy.
-
Learning and implementing the fifteen step Strategic Planning Process ensures
steady compounding growth. The critical comprehensive process incorporates
‘charting the course’ planning constructive change toward
God’s desired future and ‘staying the course’
evaluating and directing constructive change to set God’s desires and
directives free.
The comprehensive planning steps and annual strategic planning calendar range
from ‘going to the mountain’, to the strategic planning
‘advance’ and ‘state of the ministry
address’, goal and strategy development and the tools, techniques,
forms, review and evaluation mechanisms.
Everyone must be involved in working the planning process and contributing to
their teams development of plans for the specific organizational responsibility
to which their team is assigned.
-
Learning to apply and rapidly model correctly the skill sets and art forms of
becoming a puissant CEO is critical. Discipleship and down-line learning comes
only from the effective manner in which the CEO and subsequent down-line leaders
replicate the God in them and this scriptural system into others. The Timothy
Process is four generation discipleship and is accomplished within each
individual team through effective communication, meaningful relationships and
partnering in and for God’s work.
Learning the art of delegation and direction setting; the art of evaluation;
the art of coaching, teaching, training and mentoring; the art of facilitation;
the art of confrontation and conflict resolution and others are paramount.
